The CPSTL Main laboratory is the First Sri Lankan government-based Petroleum Products Analysis laboratory for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accreditation
The accreditation ISO/IEC 17025:2005 was granted by Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for the first time on 30 October 2019. The Re-assessment for renew the accreditation of 17025: 2005 to 17025: 2017 was held on 2021.01.25,26,27 & 29 by SLAB Assessors.
Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment declares that Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd having being found to comply with the accreditation criteria for testing laboratories as described in ISO / IEC 17025:2017, has been accredited as a testing laboratory under the field of Chemical Testing and has been assigned the accreditation number TL 089-01. This certificate is issued on 31 May 2021 and is valid until 30 May 2024. This Accreditation will help to boost trust, international recognition & demonstrated credibility to the CPSTL Main Laboratory.
