CPSTL Bids Farewell to Departing Board Members

On August 21, 2024, CPSTL hosted a heartfelt farewell ceremony to honor Mr. Aseem Bhargava
and Mr. Rajesh Bhagat, who have served as distinguished Board Members for the past three
years. Both Mr. Bhargava and Mr. Bhagat will be transitioning to new roles at the Indian Oil
Corporation.
The ceremony was attended by Chairman Mr. Saliya Wickramasuriya, Managing Director
Colonel Dharshana Ratnayake, members of the Board of Directors, and the Senior Management
team of CPSTL.
Mr. Pradeep Kaggoda Archchi, Deputy General Manager (Finance), addressed the gathering on
behalf of CPSTL’s senior management. Mr. E.A. Rathnaseela a member of the Board of
Directors also conveyed his appreciation to the outgoing directors on behalf of the Board of
Directors.
Chairman Mr. Saliya Wickramasuriya expressed his deep gratitude to Mr. Bhargava and Mr.
Bhagat for their invaluable contributions and leadership during their tenure.
Looking ahead, Mr. Avinash Singhal and Mr. Sunil Kantha will be stepping into the roles
previously held by Mr. Bhargava and Mr. Bhagat.
We extend our best wishes to Mr. Bhargava and Mr. Bhagat in their future endeavors and thank
them once again for their exemplary service to CPSTL.
